Customer training process
·The training center assigns the training requirement for the customer through special service center;
·Special service provider establishes the customer training plan in terms of the requirement.
·The training center makes assessment on the training plan made by special service provider.
·The training center instructs and assists the special service provider to perform training service.
·After the training, the special service provider submits the training report and customer feedback.
·The training center evaluates the reports submitted by special service provider, and delivers award to the organization with good achievement in next year's evaluation on service providers.
