Service promise:
A.The warranty period of most machines is one year or 2000 hours, whichever comes first. Special rules will be performed in some cases. Detailed information, please refer to XGMA Service Management Manual.
B.The sales service provider shall provide onsite service once received the quality feedback from the customer in warranty.
C.The service provider must be in position in 24 hours if the customer is 300 kilometers or less far from the local dealer or special service provider.
D.The service provider must be in position in 48 hours if the customer is more than 300 kilometers far from the local dealer or special service provider.
E.The service provider must be in position in 8 hours to communicate with the customer and settle the problem if great damage happens to the machine, which is large quality problem or technical problem.
F. Provide long term support of repair service, part supply, technical training, and consultation. |
