Manufacture
XGMA Industrial Zone has complete equipment, and workshops for material preparation, structural parts, coating, assembly, components machining, environmental protection, labor safety and industrial hygiene, fire fighting, energy and reasonable use. Among which, the XGMA Axle Housing Company manufactures transmission, and drive axle with an annual output of 30,000 units. With advanced assembly line, the daily assembly capacity of loader is 150 units.
On 25th, January 2008, the north manufacturing base of XGMA, XGMA Machinery (Jiaozuo) Co., Ltd. was officially put into production. The construction of north manufacturing base is one of the major strategic decisions for quickening XGMA's construction machinery business. With this action, XGMA has breakthrough southeast costal districts to the middle districts of China, and forms two industrial base respectively in the South and North, which relaxes the "bottle-neck" problems in transportation, and reduces the cost in production and transportation, puts XGMA products closer to the customers, and reinforces the market competition force of XGMA products, which further expands XGMA's development space.
Quality inspection
XGMA machinery has got the authorization of ISO9001 and GJB9001A quality management system. The company has over 50 years loader manufacturing experience and an experienced employee team. At present, XGMA has advanced measures for testing and measuring products and parts, including portable (Ф4000), medium sized (2500*1500*1000)and large(8000*3000*2500)three dimensional measuring machine, which provides technical support for product R&D and product quality. The test before leaving the factory more effectively guarantees products’ reliable quality.
